Pleasing stay, friendly staff, good location, beach is best viewed from afar.

Good location not far from airport and beautiful view of beach and sunsets. Friendly staff. Good choices of food in the restaurants. Breakfast choice is not the biggest but was sufficient and the breakfast area gets busy as it is quite small.

Rooms are a little dated and need freshening up. The beach is very busy and has hordes of people walking by, so if you are thinking of a nice breach holiday this is not it. There is a huge amount of very unseemly debris on the beach which is a result of the rubbish which is thrown into the sea from Mumbai, and this needs daily cleaning which they do not do. There is also an off-putting smell on the beach which again is the result of pollution. This is not the fault of the hotel. It's Mumbai authorities who need to take care and clean it up.

Breakfast was delicious. Location is super.hospitality is very nice.

1) in the morning , provided news paper to all adjoining rooms except my room.i didn't understand its reason. 2) we faced suffocating in toilet.no artificial vent or exhaust occur in toilet 3)we were three persons during my stay ( I am , my wife and my daughter) not provided extra bed inspite of charging extra beds payments in my beel.it feels very sad.

Bedrooms not clean especially carpet. Bed not comfortable. My mattress had a broken spring sticking out like a knife and nearly stabbed my thigh. The bar is too dark !!!!!!

The view from the room was beautiful and there is wide range of freshly made breakfast. The room was clean and hygienic and the staff was polite.

The main elevator was under renovation (this information should have been shared by the property at the time of booking). Also the tiny spare elevator always had a queue and was malfunctioning and would only work up till the 3rd floor. That was the only inconvenience that left a sour taste. otherwise, this property has always been wonderful.

Great location, friendly staff and relaxing stay.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. The location is great and the view from the hotel is beautiful.

The rooms need to be updated with new carpets and furniture and the bathrooms also need to be updated. There was a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom but the staff did give me an upgrade and moved me to another room.

Beach access.

Room 219: The floor was sticky most of the time. However, Room 220: The floor had carpet, so this was comfortable. A lot of maintenance was done openly for customers to see. This is not professional & would be ideal to barricade the section, i.e., elevator maintenance. Certain places had doors opened containing clutter, tables & chairs not kept properly. Housekeeping should hide these areas from customers. Last point, building outside requires re painting. Overall, it's not so bad.

Fantastic location and view!

The location and view was exceptional.

The room size is slightly compact. I would highly recommend the front office staff caters to people in the order they are waiting for. It was quite annoying when a couple randomly came and occupied the seat, when I was the next to be served. Wish the team actually voices their opinion on this. The manager was kind in apologising on their behalf and offered an upgrade instead.

The location, breakfast choices. Food was good.

The hotel is old, the bathroom is upgraded but the carpet is dirty. Need to rip off the carpet and have a clean one or replace with tiles.

The desk staff were efficient and polite. The restaurant food was delicious and service was very efficient by polite and attentive staff. They allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated as we’d had a long flight.

We paid for a room for a family of 4 but because we needed 2 beds for our daughters, they not only charged us for the beds but we had to upgrade to a bigger room at our expense. I wouldn’t recommend buying tours from their tour desk as we bought an 8hr tour which finished after 5hrs with only 15mins in Dharavi. One of the tour desk women told us we’d covered the necessary kms so the tour was complete! When she asked if we walked around the outdoor laundry and we said no, she said we “should’ve asked the guide, you have to ask questions”, implying it was our responsibility. We didn’t know it was possible to walk there, so how would we know to ask?
